I am so grateful that Nanziri has decided to bring coffee from Uganda. It is delicious and perfectly balanced. Nanziri’s coffee and her knowledge of the process has brought my coffee drinking to a whole new level of appreciation. I look forward to waking up with my cup of Kawa Java every day!

The Kawa Java is an awesome coffee that I routinely enjoy in the mornings. What’s also really awesome is the owners committment to social responsibility. It’s just good all around.

I never considered myself a coffee lover until I tried Kawa Java. I really didn’t understand the appeal of Starbucks or any of the other “premium” coffees. This beats anything I’ve had in Europe or South America. This is the first coffee that actually tastes as good as the fresh-ground beans smell!

I maybe considered a Coffee Pro …well at lease I’ve been drinking coffee for over 50 yrs. I’ve tried many different kinds and brands, from road side vending machines to high class restaurants, from corner stores to grandma’s “brunt-smell” coffee, I’ve had it all.

While on vacation in Atlanta,Ga over Christmas holiday, I had the opportunity to try Kawa Java brand coffee. Two words… “The Best” aroma,texture,and tast… The Best. When and if the opportunity presents itself, Kawa Java
could become my ONLY brand. Peace HT

I am a non coffee drinker. Moreso tea for me…until I tried Kawa Java. I love the aroma and the taste makes me think of the fresh cocoa we use to grate and drink in Jamaica.

I’m sitting here at 5am, working on images and counting down the time till I’m reacquainted with the ultra-smooth and chocolate tones of KAWAJAVA. Truly a connoisseur’s coffee. The buttery smell of the freshly roasted beans is more than enough to over stimulate the olfactory senses. French pressing of this East African coffee is the absolute complement to fully realizing its wonderful qualities. KAWAJAVA, truly gifted by nature!

Robb – so glad you and Nanziri connected! I feel truly privileged to have her as a friend and neighbor. I start my day every day with a cup of Kawa Java in my French press. It’s one of the smoothest and most delicious coffees I’ve ever tasted! I’m hoping to help Nanziri as she ramps up her business here in the US. I wish her all the success in the world.

I AM 55 AND REMEMBER A POPULAR TELEVISION COMMERCIAL FROM THE 1960s. IT FEATURED A SUAVE LATINO MOVIE STAR, CESAR ROMERO, WHO WAS SELLING A WELL-KNOWN BRAND OF COFFEE AT THE TIME. CESAR LOOKED AT THE CAMERA AND SAID: “GREAT COFFEE IS LIKE A FINE WOMAN — RICH BUT NEVER BITTER.”

I was too young to drink coffee at the time but the the characterization of what a great coffee should be stuck with me — rich but never bitter!! That is why I find Kawa Java so drinkable and flavorful and satisfying. When I first brewed Kawa Java, I expected it to be just another bitter coffeehouse potion, with a nasty bitterness that passes for what Americans think is great coffee. Kawa Java has a lot of body and flavor without the acid and bitter quality of most stuff. It is a pleasant experience. I give it as gifts to people who love coffee and am always happy to get positive feedback.

I found my experience with the Kawa Java brand coffee to be a plesant one. The taste, aroma and enjoyment of the coffee was a departure from the regular domestic brand that I was use to drinking. I look forward to the next great cup.
